We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business success.

All decisions made based on the platform are your responsibility.

3. User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Use the platform responsibly
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not misuse or attempt to exploit the system

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, branding, and materials—including:

  • Leadership Garden AI™
  • The Leadership Operating System™
  • Root Patterns™
  • The Pomegranate Method™

are the intellectual property of Damesha Craig. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. AI Limitations

AI responses are generated based on available inputs and may not always be accurate or complete.

You acknowledge:

  • AI is a guidance tool, not a decision-maker
  • You remain fully responsible for your actions

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All purchases (including $15 guidance and programs) are final unless otherwise stated
  • Subscription terms (if applicable) will be disclosed at purchase

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leadership Garden AI™ is provided "as is."

We are not liable for:

  • decisions made based on the platform
  • indirect or consequential damages
