Our Founder
Founded by Damesha Craig
Leadership Garden AI™ was founded by Damesha Craig, a leadership and organizational-development strategist, former People executive, founder, author, and startup advisor.
After years of building systems for people, performance, culture, and growth, one question kept surfacing:
"Where is the operating system for the person leading all of it?"
Leadership Garden AI™ grew from that question.
Today, we're building toward a future where technological capability and human capability grow together—because as AI changes how we work, how we lead becomes even more important.
